I already had a strong training in communication before joining ISCID-CO. So I was sort of scared not to learn anything new. Yet, the classes are really good and interactive. Most of the time, we are active players. For instance, I had already had a lot of CAP classes, but they had never been so comprehensive and delivered by such a good teacher. I DO recommend this training which really deals with all the skills that have to be mastered in Communication.
